FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) – The Imagine MASTer’s Acadaemy Board voted Saturday to appeal Ball State’s decision to revoke their charter.

Ball State University made the decision to not renew contracts with seven charter schools in Indiana, including three in Fort Wayne. Officials from the University confirmed that Imagine MASTer Academy, Imagine Schools on Broadway and Timothy L. Johnson Academy did not perform to standards.

If the appeal does not work, the Imagine MASTer Academy will look for alternative schools to become partners. Through the appeal, the academy hopes Ball State will reconsider their decision.

Parents’ biggest concern, if the appeal does not work, is making the next best choice for their child.
