INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ The company that insured equipment used by performers Sugarland and Sara Bareilles is suing the state and other parties to recover its losses from the Indiana State Fair's deadly stage rigging two years ago.
 
  The Indianapolis Business Journal reports Fireman's Fund Insurance Co. and subsidiary AGCS Marine filed a lawsuit Friday in Marion County to recover unspecified equipment-related losses.
 
  The defendants include the Indiana State Fair Commission, the International Alliance of Theatrical and Stage Employees Local 30, Mid-America Sound Corp. of Greenfield and seven other companies involved in designing and erecting the stage that collapsed Aug. 13, 2011 killing seven people and injuring nearly 60 others.
 
  Messages seeking comment were left Tuesday with spokesmen for the fair commission and the Attorney General's office, which represents the state in litigation.
