Indiana Insurance Company Targeted in Lawsuit

An Indianapolis insurance company is center of a lawsuit.

Doctors for Kenneth Low of Jennings County, said he needed a pacemaker. Anthem disagreed with the diagnosis and refused treatment.

Five months later, the man died just after he was granted approval for the surgery. Just days before the schedule was scheduled.

According to the Indianapolis Star, his wife, Lisa is suing the company for wrongful death claiming the delays in treatment cost him his life.
