FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): More than 100,000 Indiana students participate in the 21^st Century Scholars program. However, just slightly more than one in 10 students in the program graduate from college on time. To help school counselors, teachers, parents, and students better understand the scholarship’s new requirements, the Indiana Youth Institute will host a forum to talk about how to complete the 21^st Century’s Scholar Success Program application. The forum will be held at Ivy Tech on the Coliseum Campus, 3800 N. Anthony Blvd., in Room 1640. It will run from 8:30 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. Thursday, November 21.
