Jared Fogle Subpoenaed by FBI Over Text Messages

INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): The FBI is looking for text messages from former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle.

They've subpoenaed an affidavit that contains text messages that were between Fogle and a former Subway worker.

The Business Insider website says they texts were between Fogle and a former Subway franchisee that he allegedly paid for sex with a 16 year old girl.

Subway, who denies ever receiving a complaint from the alleged victim, called the latest allegation against the Indianapolis native “appalling” on Twitter.

Fogle has not been arrested and charged with any crime.
