Man Believed Slain by Nephew in Indianapolis Identified

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ Indianapolis police have identified a man who died after a nephew is believed to have shot him multiple times during an altercation.
 
Police say 59-year-old Roderick Woodford died Sunday morning at a hospital hours after the shooting. 
 
Officers were called to a home on the city's northeast side late Saturday and found Woodford. Witnesses told investigators Woodford was involved in an altercation with his nephew just before the shooting.
 
Police say the nephew fled the scene in a truck and his whereabouts remained unknown Sunday night.
