PORTLAND, Ind, (WOWO):  With the record amount of rain continuing to fall across the area, Jay County is looking for more volunteers to fill sandbags.

They are asking for anybody that is willing and able to help keep up with the need of sandbags.  Anyone interested is asked to meet behind the Portland Street Department for more instructions.
