LaGrange, Ind. (WOWO):  Be on the look out for a man impersonating police in LaGrange County.  

A 25 year old woman was pulled over late Friday night, just before 11 p.m. on SR 9 near 300 N in LaGrange.  She became suspicious that the man who approached her vehicle wasn't actually a police officer.  She said she was calling the real police, and that was enough to scare off the impersonator.  

He's described as being in his thirties, just under six feet tall, heavy set build and having a mustache.  The car was said to be an older Chevy Impala with no markings.  The woman says the person had red and blue police lights on the dashboard, and anyone with information should call the LaGrange County Sheriff Department.
