The judge in the case has ruled because the 2011 murder of Erin Justin happened in Fort Wayne, the case must be tried there.

Court documents allege 35-year old Andres Gonzalez Jr., killed Justin and with the help of his brother, dumped the woman's body at Bartley Lake in Noble County.

A man and his grandson found the body while fishing. Prosecutors are challenging the move.
