FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Allen Superior Court Judge Stephen Sims officially retires today. He’s served as judge since 1997. He spent another 15 years as the  county’s top chief prosecutor.  Governor Mike Pence appointed Dan Heath to move from the civil division to fill his spot in the family division.
