CINCINNATI (WOWO): The Cincinnati Bengals have selected Notre Dame tight end Tyler Eifert with the 21st overall pick in the NFL draft last night. Eifert joins Jermaine Gresham as first-round tight ends for the Bengals. Eifert’s Notre Dame teammate, linebacker Manti Te’o, was not taken in the first round.
