FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Another national headliner has been scheduled for the State GOP convention in Fort Wayne.

Party leaders announced that singer-songwriter Kenny Loggins will perform for attendees June 7.

The concert will cap the two-day convention at the Grand Wayne Center. Officials say its part of a push to expand family-friendly activities beyond the typical party business meetings. 

Earlier this week, leaders announced that former Presidential candidate Mike Huckabee will deliver the keynote address.

The more than 17 hundred delegates are slated to attend the convention June 6 and June 7 in downtown Fort Wayne.
