FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A young man was hit by a vehicle early Tuesday morning on West State Boulevard, near Price Elementary and Dana. The victim was taken to a hospital with minor injuries. According to our partners in news at 21 Alive, the young man was not a student at Price Elementary. Traffic was tied up in the area for about 30 minutes.
