Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department Seeks New Leads In Missing Person Case

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) — Officials say Joseph Chaffins has been missing for more than two years and was last seen in North Webster in October 2022.

The department is asking for any information, big or small, to help in the search.

Chaffins is described as having blue eyes, brown hair, and several distinctive tattoos, including “Chaffins” on the back of his left forearm, “Momma’s Boy” on the right side of his chest, a red dog on his right hip, and a cross on left forearm
