FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Tomorrow marks the 12th anniversary of 9/11. And the Fort Wayne Fire Department along with Allen County Public Safety is inviting residents to come to the Law Enforcement Firefighters Memorial of Allen County to commemorate the anniversary. Citizens are encouraged to place an American flag in the grassy area around the memorial on North Wells Street. There will be no formal ceremony, but flags will be available from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M., and the Fort Wayne Fire and Police Pipe and Drum Corps. members will play at 5:00 and 6:00 P.M.
