FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Two local construction companies have become one. 

According to a press release on the Mosaic Building Solutions website, Mosaic and E&V Construction merged on August 1st, due to “aligned values” and a desire to “develop regional relationships.” The two companies will use Mosaic's name moving forward, and E&V's 13 employees kept their jobs in the switch.
