FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A man was seriously hurt after being hit by a vehicle this morning on State Road 930 East in New Haven.

Police say the man’s car slid into a ditch a little before 5am, and he walked across the road to a nearby gas station to get help, but was hit by another driver while on his way back to his car. He’s listed in serious condition at an area hospital, according to the Journal Gazette.

The other driver wasn’t hurt. No other details are currently available.
