FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A man was reportedly stabbed repeatedly with a screwdriver Thursday night on the southeast side of Fort Wayne.

According to a Fort Wayne police report, an unidentified 38 year old black male had 8 deep stab wounds when police arrived to the apartment building on Greene Street just north of Creighton Avenue. It happened just before 10 P.M. Thursday night.

The victim told police that a woman and her daughter stabbed him repeatedly with a screwdriver. Two other men were possibly involved.

The victim was taken to Lutheran Hospital, where he is listed in stable condition. Police are investigating.
