Man Who Died After Jumping On Car in Fort Wayne Identified

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The man who reportedly jumped on a car and died over the weekend near Waynedale has been identified. 

22 year old Brandon Bennett died of blunt force trauma to the head as the result of an accident, according to the Allen County Coroner's Office. 

Bennett either jumped from or fell from a car he had jumped onto at a neighborhood near Lower Huntington and Airport Expressway Saturday night before midnight. Bennett was later pronounced dead at Lutheran Hospital. 

He's the 10th traffic fatality in Allen County this year. The investigation into why he jumped on the car and how the people in it knew him is still taking place.
