Medication Recall Announced

The Indiana State Department of Health is working to ensure all products from Ameridose, a sister company to the New England Compounding Center, are removed from circulation following a national recall. NECC produced the contaminated back pain medication linked to the recent outbreak of fungal meningitis. The decision to recall the products came after an inspection found that there may have been a lack of sterile conditions in Ameridose branded products.
