The Noble County Sheriff Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing woman.  26-year-old Elizabeth Moore was last seen walking from her home in rural Ligonier on New Year’s Eve at around 2:30 in the afternoon.  Family members reported her missing after she failed to return home later that evening.  Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts, is asked to contact the Noble County Sheriff Department.
