FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A multimillion-dollar mixed-use and parking project has been proposed for downtown Fort Wayne.

Ashberry Eight LLC plans to add a four-story office building, a one-story retail/restaurant space and a six-level parking garage with 379 spaces, according to the News-Sentinel. This would be located at W. Berry Street and Maiden Lane.

Ashberry Eight LLC is the same group that is renovating the Fifth Third Metro Center to “202Metro” with office, retail and residential space, including condos going for more than $1 million.

If the mixed-use and parking garage project is approved, the Oddfellows hall at 222 W. Berry Street would be demolished.

The Fort Wayne Plan Commission could consider the project as early as next month.
