Most Indiana Businesses Adhere to Smoking Ban

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): State officials say a small percentage of businesses covered by Indiana’s first statewide smoking ban have been cited for violations in the year since it took effect. State Excise Police say just 108 of the 300,000 businesses covered by the law have been cited for violating the law. It bans smoking in most indoor workplaces, including all restaurants.
