FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A man is in critical condition after a crash Saturday night.

Police responded to the 700 block of E. Coliseum Boulevard just before 10 p.m. When they arrived, a man riding a motorcycle was found in the road.

Police say an SUV left the Northcrest shopping center and struck the motorcyclist going westbound on E. Coliseum. The driver of the SUV told police she didn’t see the motorcyclist and pulled out in front of the him, causing him to rear-end the SUV.

Speed or alcohol are not believed to be factors in the crash.

He was initially listed in serious condition before he was downgraded to critical condition.
