Muncie Woman Arrested After Toddler Found Wandering At 4 a.m.

MUNCIE, Ind. (WOWO) — A Muncie woman is facing charges after a toddler was found alone at a gas station early Monday morning.

Police say the 3-year-old, wearing only a shirt and a soiled diaper, walked several blocks alone around 4 a.m.

A clerk called 911.

Officers tracked the child to an open-door home where they found 32-year-old Kayla Rouse, allegedly impaired and unaware the child was missing.
