FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Area fishermen may find themselves lured in by an upcoming convention.

The National Fishing Lure Collectors Club will be holding their annual gathering in Fort Wayne July 10 to 12 at Grand Wayne Center.

Organizers say they could attract more than 1,000 collectors from all over the nation to downtown Fort Wayne. More than 600 tables will be packed with antique fishing tackle.

That includes reels, rods, lures, motors and anything angled to fishermen will likely be there.

Admission will be charged, but it includes magazine subscriptions group entry for the entire family.
