National Weather Service Surveying Peru Storm Damage

PERU, Ind. (WOWO): A National Weather Service crew is heading to Peru to survey damage from severe thunderstorms. The crew will estimate the strength of yesterday's winds and determine if the storm damage was caused by a tornado. The storms caused thousands to lose power across the north-central part of the state.
