Fremont, Ind. (WOWO): We are learning more about that fatal shooting early Sunday morning in Steuben County.  The prosecutors office says a fight occurred before 29-year old Ruben Sanchez was shot  in the yard of a home near Lake James.  

Investigators say 18-year old Tyler Biggs of Jimmerson Lake grabbed a hand gun and handed it to 28-year old Mark Hines also of Jimmerson Lake, who then shot the victim.

Sanchez later died at a Fort Wayne hospital. Biggs faces held on charges of aiding in murder. Hines is charged with murder.
