Metaldyne, New Horizons Look to Expand Fremont Operations

Fremont, Ind. (WOWO): A pair of Steuben County companies are expanding and could add as many as 50 workers, but first they are seeking tax abatements from the Town of Fremont. According to the Journal-Gazette, Metaldyne wants to add about 30 workers in a $8.5 million dollar expansion. New Horizons bakery is proposing a $1.5 million dollar project that would bring 20 new jobs. A deal could be in place next week.
