Charges have been filed against a New haven man who allegedly had a sexual relationship with a girl that began when the girl was only thirteen.  The Journal Gazette says, 41-year-old Robert Carney has been charged with child molesting, sexual misconduct with a minor and child seduction.  The now 18-year-old victim told her mother about the alleged acts and she notified police.  Carney was jailed in lieu of a bond of more than $107,000.
