New Haven sewer work planned for next week

NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WOWO):  New lane restrictions are planned in New Haven to complete work on a sewer system.

Starting on May 23, Nelson Road will have restrictions as Fort Wayne completes work on a Sanitary Sewer System.  Around 80% of the cities sewage goes through the area they’re repairing.

It’s called a “point repair” and will effect around 2,000 feet of pipe in the area.

This will cause rolling lane restrictions on Nelson between Hartzell Road and the NFS Railroad Crossing.  Expect flaggers to be present in the area and make sure to drive with caution.

They expect to be complete by June 18, 2016.
