New Home Development Approved in Leo-Cedarville

A Fort Wayne company says it will invest at least $3 million to create a new subdivision in the Leo-Cedarville area.  According to the Journal Gazette, plans for Oakmont Development to create the new 58 home tract near Deer Track Golf Course was approved yesterday by the Allen County Plan Commission.  A residential rezoning request will still need approval.  Prices for the new three and four-bedroom homes are expected to start at around $300,000.
