FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) -The Southwest Allen County Schools’ have publicly reviewed the new contract for incoming superintendent, Kent DeConinck. DeConinck had retired previously from his role heading the Greenwood School District and now has a one-year contract with SACS, which board members say is in-line with other contracts. DeConinck starts in July and will replace Dr. Park Ginder left SACS after a lengthy career in education but has now accepted a position with the workforce and community development organization Grow Allen.
