FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): City County has said no to a proposal that would have  given themselves a 2 percent pay raise.



By a 6-3 tally, council voted down the ordinance.



That plan also would have bumped Mayor Tom Henry's salary.



City Clerk Sandy Kennedy will, however, receive a raise.
