Noble County Robber Goes to Jail

Folks who live in the Noble County area saw something out of place and called police last night. The end result: An alleged robber goes to jail.  The folks who live in the area of South Wildwood Drive at Knapp Lake called 911 last night at about 8:30, because they saw a man near the house and knew he didn’t live there.  When Indiana State Troopers got on the scene, they looked inside the house and the guy was still there.  Stephen Lawerence of Elwood was arrested and is currently sitting in the Noble County jail on 8 thousand dollars bond.
