ANGOLA, Ind. (WOWO): Just after 3:30 Wednesday afternoon, 20-year-old Javondre Harris was arrested on North Elizabeth St. in Angola, following an investigation into an alleged violation of the state's Sex and Violent Offender Registry law. Harris was a registered sex offender who allegedly moved from Wisconsin to Steuben County in August, but failed to alert officials and register as a sex offender. Harris was taken into custody and booked into the Steuben County Jail.
