FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The National Weather Service has extended the flood warning for a number of rivers in the WOWO listening area.

According to a Tuesday morning update, the Flood Warning has been extended for the following rivers:

Auglaize River near Ft. Jennings affecting Allen and Paulding Counties

Auglaize River near Defiance Power Plant affecting Defiance County

Maumee River at Ft. Wayne affecting Allen and Paulding Counties

Saint Marys River near Decatur affecting Adams, Allen, and Van Wert Counties

Saint Marys River at Muldoon Bridge affecting Allen County

Tiffin River near Stryker affecting Defiance and Williams Counties

The Flood Warning Continues for the following rivers:

Maumee River near Defiance affecting Defiance and Henry Counties

Maumee River at Napoleon affecting Henry County

Flooding is expected to continue as the rivers slowly recede.
