Indiana school districts already facing financial hardships are figuring out the potential impact of Obamacare. Krista Stockman with Fort Wayne Community Schools says that because of the Affordable Care Act, part-time workers who are eligible for health insurance will have reduced hours because the district will not be able to afford their insurance. The Affordable Care Act will take effect on January 1st.
