Officials to Assess Public Damage from Flooding

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Officials are set to begin assessing damage to public infrastructure from flooding in 18 Indiana counties. The Indiana Department of Homeland Security says local, state and federal officials will begin preliminary assessments on Monday. The teams will determine if the flooding damage warrants federal public assistance.
