MERCER COUNTY, Ohio. (WOWO): A 22-year-old Celina, Ohio man is behind bars after attempting to meet up with a 15-year-old girl for sex. Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey tells our partners in news at 21 Alive, that John McDermitt was arrested for criminal trespass and possession of marijuana over the weekend.
He's being held at the Mercer County Adult Detention Facility on a $100,000 bond.
Additional felony charges are expected.
