STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A 20-year old Toledo man was thrown from an off-road vehicle in Steuben County. Indiana Conservation officers say Patrick Walker suffered a concussion after he was thrown from the vehicle as it rolled in a cut corn field near County Road 300 West and State Road 120.
