Pence Signs Anti-Military Discrimination Law

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A bill to protect veterans and active duty military members is signed into law.

Highlighting the commitment of military families, Governor Mike Pence joined State Rep Martin Carbaugh in a ceremony at Fort Wayne’s 122 Fighter Wing to sign House Bill 1242 in to law.

The law makes discrimination based on military service, illegal. Pence says military members face challenges when it comes to finding 

and maintaining jobs.
