Police Investigate Fatal Crash near Markle

HUNTINGTON COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Officials in Huntington County are investigating an accident Wednesday morning that killed two people near Markle.

The crash happened after a vehicle reportedly ran a stop sign at I-69 exit 286.

According to our partners in news at 21Alive, the car was hit by a semi going westbound on US-224.

Both the driver and were pronounced dead at the scene. The semi-driver suffered minor injuries.

Names of those involved are being withheld.
