Proposal for Guns on School Grounds Nears Passage

INDIANAPOLIS (AP): Legislative leaders say a bill that would allow properly stored guns in school parking lots has support from House and Senate negotiators. House Speaker Brian Bosma said Wednesday that negotiators had reached an agreement on the contested firearms bill, which originally sought to allow guns on certain areas of school property.
