Prosecutors Seeking Charges after Finding Dead Animals on Farm

MADISON COUNTY, Ind (WOWO): After Madison County police found more than 150 dead animals on a farm, prosecutors are seeking felony charges against the couple who owned the farm.

Barn owner, Daniel Ault and his wife, Carrie Ault could be charged with neglect of a dependent (class D felony), disposal of dead animal required (class D felony) and abandonment or neglect of vertebrate animal (class A misdemeanor).
