FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Purdue Fort Wayne announced an extension of their mask mandate on Thursday.

The university says the mask mandate will now run through Sept. 30. It requires all students, staff, faculty and visitors to wear a mask indoors on campus regardless of their vaccination status.

This is the third such extension of the temporary mask mandate indoors on campus, which first began on Aug. 9.
