25-year-old Mark Young was pronounced dead at a local hospital after an early morning shooting Friday, March 15tth, on Reed Street.
Young is the 9th homicide in Allen County this year.
Currently this incident is still under investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department.

Around 3:30 a.m. Friday morning, a man was critically injured in a shooting on Reed Street. Authorities say that man was found lying on the street after apparently being pushed from a vehicle. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots and that the four door vehicle crashed into a bush before a subject fled the scene of foot, leaving the vehicle behind near Oliver and Colerick.
