FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Members of the public, the Fort Wayne City Council and the Allen County Council got a look at plans for the Fort Wayne region’s $42-million in Regional Cities funding last night.

A special joint session of both governmental bodies was held Tuesday as both Councils asked members of the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership and Northeast Indiana Regional Development Authority about how projects will be funded, as well as how to split the money between the 11 counties that make up the Partnership, according to 21Alive.

They were told the first “quality” projects will be the first to get funded, though it’s unclear what sets a project apart from others as “quality.”
