Replacement Ash Skyline Developer Could be Announced in January

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): By early next year, we could know the replacement developer for part of the Ash Skyline project. The City of Fort Wayne plans to announce a replacement developer to back the residential portion of the major downtown project.  That's according to the Journal Gazette.  Officials with the project say there has been interest from several developers, and they expect to gather proposals before Thanksgiving. Originally, Hanning & Bean was set to fund this component of the project, but the company backed out of their contract in September.
