Restaurant Closed by Department of Health

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Another Fort Wayne restaurant has been closed by the department of health.

An investigation uncovered cockroaches at the Koto Japanese Steak House on Washington Center Road. That’s according to our partners in news at 21Alive.

The report says inspectors found the insect on an electrical box in the kitchen and five dead roaches in a prep area.

The restaurant will remain closed until the a number of issues, including a pest control report is completed.
